I can’t thank you enough for all you did for our reception! From all of my questions, to rearranging things, to just sitting down and listening to me when I felt overwhelmed. I still can’t believe how the kitchen could put out entrees for so many guests and still maintain the quality they did. Jen was a true rockstar — she worked perfectly with the DJ and kept everything moving the way it should.

I celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at your hotel and it was beautiful. Ms. Sneddon went above and beyond from the very beginning. She was kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Of all of the employees at the hotel, she is definitely the one that stands out. She is just fantastic.

Words cannot express how happy we were after our event for my daughter’s Sweet 16. The food was excellent and Jenny was SUPERB — at one point my brain just stopped working and Jenny was making executive decisions for me, LOL. Thank god! And the Santa I hired ROCKED THE HOUSE!

Thank you for all of your help planning our events this past weekend at the Hilton! We truly appreciate you making us feel at home and well taken care of. Reserving that upper patio space for our welcome drinks was the perfect kick-off to the weekend — and the Sunday brunch was also great, everyone was able to gather and enjoy breakfast together.

Thanks to all of you at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton for my daughter Jenna’s spectacular bridal shower. The cooperation we received from the staff did not go unnoticed, in addition to the compliments I received on the delicious food. The ambiance of the outside decorations and fire pits were an additional plus — the men relaxed out there the entire time!

Our coordinator Alex couldn’t have been any more helpful — these last couple of months she was there, listening, giving advice. Alex was the BEST! During the event, Missy along with the wait staff went beyond our expectations, and the bartenders were fantastic. Every element was done with detail and elegance. Both you and Missy were incredibly responsive, and your expertise made me feel so comfortable on the day of the event.
